The B.C. government and the BC Innovation Council (BCIC) have partnered with Bioenterprise BC to support agri-tech businesses through the BC Acceleration Network (BCAN). Announced by Minister Amrik Virk at BW GLOBAL Structures, this collaboration aims to boost the commercialization of agricultural innovations and increase agri-food revenue. Funded by the BCIC and the federal Canada Accelerator and Incubator Program, Bioenterprise BC will offer business plan assistance, market analysis, funding guidance, and networking to agri-tech startups in the Fraser Valley. This partnership enhances BCAN's resources for early-stage entrepreneurs across the province.
