Water Scarcity Poses Economic and Security Threat Around the World

The issue of water scarcity around the world continues to grow each year, with the increase of droughts in important food-growing regions. BW Global believes in the importance of using Controlled Growing Environments as a means to minimize our water usage while continuing to produce food. By providing high-performance, high-producing greenhouses which are able to withstand extreme conditions, we look to maximize sustainability in the area of food production in order to maintain adequate levels of safe drinking water in high risk areas.

As the world’s leaders meet in Paris to discuss climate change, it becomes increasingly clear that the issue of water scarcity needs action now.
